Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your supplement for any reason, you may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used supplements

• Gift cards

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at longavus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
